The art of fruit and vegetable carving stemmed from culinary developments in ancient China during the Tang Dynasty (618 AD–906 AD). While this art form was previously reserved for members of the royal family and aristocrats, today it is available to anyone with the help of the Wok Shop’s fruit and vegetable cutters.
