DELIVERY
In-stock items are shipped within one business day of our receiving your order. Most orders are shipped via UPS or FedEX ground and are usually delivered in 5-7 business days. Your credit card will not be debited until the order is shipped. If we anticipate any delay over 30 days, you will be notified.

Delivery charges are based on the total merchandise weight per each delivery address.

STANDARD DELIVERY
Ground service within the US, including Alaska, Hawaii; Puerto Rico, Canada and Virgin Islands via USPS.
Orders shipped to addresses outside the United States will incur an addtional fee of $20. International orders will be sent First Class Mail by default. You will be emailed with additional shipping costs if you select another method.

Large or oversize packages (per the carrier's specifications) incur extra cost that will be added to the shipping, but with only with the your approval. We will contact you before shipping, if this is the case.

RUSH DELIVERY
Express delivery is available at an additional charge. Orders must be placed by phone no later than 3p.m. (PT) Mon-Fri. Call for charges.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Wok Shop gift certificates are available at a minimum of $20.00.

Please address your returns as soon as possible after receipt of item(s) (within 45 days of receipt) in order to receive a prompt exchange or refund. (Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and all shipping costs.) We suggest that customers return merchandise via UPS or USPS. For any returns on credit card orders, a credit will be issued immediately upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order.
