This wok is round bottom with a single, metal handle. Referred to as the Beijing or Peking pan since it is most frequently used in Northern China. Perfect for tossing veggies over a high flame. Hollow metal handle stays cool for 20 min. on high heat. Must be seasoned.

This round 'pow' wok is available with a hollow metal or wooden handle. 10″ 12″ 14″ or 16″ diameter 14 gauge.

The 14″ 'pow' wok is also available for the first time in FLAT BOTTOM!

Recommended: Flaxseed oil to season your wok, excellent results and smokeless if seasoning in oven.

    This Wok is a thing of beauty! Cooking on it is effortless and smooth. The best thing about it is that the Wok will last forever if cared for. The seasoning process was easy because The Wok Shop sends step by step instructions along with videos on line. I ordered the round bottom and am able to use it without the ring but got one anyway. The 14 in Wok is plenty big for my family of five.

    Purchased the 14 inch flat bottom hand hammered wok. It is well made and the steel seems lighter than previous woks owned. As such gets to cooking temperature quickly and heats evenly which is what you want. Very easy to season. The steel handle is the way to go making it easy to manipulate wok during cooking and it stays cool. Additionally, this wok is very versatile. There are very few cooking tasks that can not be done in this wok. If you purchase this wok you will not be disappointed!

    I love this wok! It is a delight to cook with. I heard that a really good wok was one that would sing while cooking, This wok does sing so beautifully, it sounds likes small bells ringing. Don’t hesitate to buy this wok, you will be really pleased with it. I was so happy with mine that I bought 3 more for Christmas gifts.

    I bought the 12 inch round bottomed wok. The steel is very thin and heats up very quickly. Also, the wok is very light. This is the first proper wok I have ever owned and the only piece of carbon steel I have ~ so I have nothing to compare it to. But it’s pretty awesome!
